1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the 320kbps platform, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 320kbps and the user, governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. The courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali; however, the Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative text. 320kbps reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and you may be asked to accept the revised Terms upon your first login after any changes. Registered users will be notified of updates via email or through a notice on the platform.
2. Account Creation & Security
To create an account on 320kbps, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and your own — submitting false information may result in account termination. Each user may hold only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension or closure. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and are fully accountable for all activity on your account.
320kbps recommends enabling two-factor authentication to keep your account secure. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. 320kbps will never ask for your password by email or phone — treat any such request as a scam.
3. User Responsibilities
By using the 320kbps platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not engage in any fraudulent activity, attempt to access another user's account, or attempt to compromise the platform's security. Before participating in betting, you must ensure that online betting is legally permitted in your jurisdiction. Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity is strictly prohibited.
Users are required to treat fellow members with respect. Harassment, abusive language, or hate speech in live chat or any social feature is strictly prohibited. 320kbps reserves the right to take immediate action against any user who violates these rules, including account suspension or permanent closure.
4. Platform Usage Rules
All information, odds, scores, and results provided on the 320kbps platform are for informational purposes only. Betting odds may change in real time, and the odds displayed at the point of bet confirmation shall be considered final. The use of automated bots, scripts, or any automated systems on the platform is strictly prohibited. If odds or outcomes are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or glitch, 320kbps reserves the right to void or correct the affected bet.
Platform content may not be downloaded, copied, or republished. 320kbps logos, trademarks, or brand materials may not be used without prior permission. Any attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform may result in legal action.
5. Payment & Transaction Information (BDT)
All transactions on 320kbps are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Multiple payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000; these limits are subject to change, and the latest figures are always available on the platform. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours and may require identity verification. Depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of Bangladesh's anti-money laundering laws.
Separate terms may apply to bonuses or promotional credits, and these will be clearly stated with each offer. For any payment disputes, contact our finance team and retain proof of the relevant transaction. 320kbps does not apply any hidden charges to payment processing; however, your bank or mobile financial service provider may charge their own fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
The 320kbps platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. 320kbps shall not be liable for any loss resulting from technical issues, network outages, or third-party payment system failures. Users bear full financial risk for any losses incurred through betting activities, and 320kbps makes no guarantees in this regard. 320kbps shall not be held liable for service disruptions caused by unforeseen events, natural disasters, or legal restrictions.
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user during the relevant period. 320kbps shall under no circumstances be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
320kbps reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without reason. Accounts may be closed in cases including, but not limited to: violation of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, providing false information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in illegal activity. If an account is closed, any valid remaining balance will be returned through the designated process — however, this may not apply to accounts closed due to a breach of our terms. Users may also request to close their own account at any time.
Under our Responsible Gaming policy, users may apply for self-exclusion or a temporary account suspension. During this period, access to the platform will be restricted and no new bets will be accepted.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 320kbps platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, videos, and databases — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 320kbps or its licensors. While the platform may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes, any commercial use, reproduction, or modification of the content is strictly prohibited. 320kbps trademarks and service marks may not be used without prior written consent. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
9. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be referred to negotiation, and if unresolved, to the competent courts of Bangladesh.
